Job description

You have a passion for IT and would like to work in an international company? The company you will be working with develops sites for financial companies and banks. Your main area of responsibility is customer support via telephone, e-mail and chat. You will therefore be responsible for solving various IT problems and processing customer requests with your solution-oriented approach.

What do we expect of you?

Fluent Italian and excellent English skills (C1)
High school diploma, with experience in IT
Experience with Windows and Office 365
First work experience in IT or Customer Service
