Job description

As a Junior Financial Account, you will handle daily operations and different activities and tasks. Therefore, ensuring that all operating procedures are followed and quality is maintained is important. Part of your responsibility is to answer and help customers with their questions by e-mail or telephone. You must analyse and extrapolate financial data from reports and documents provided by clients to identify weak points and offer solutions and improvements. Finally, building and maintaining constructive relationships with other departments round off your field of tasks.

You need to relocate to the beautiful Hungarian capital Budapest for this job. After work, you can relax in one of the thermal baths or visit one of the many bars with your colleagues. Formerly decaying buildings have been converted into trendy bars and discos, which create a unique atmosphere. Moreover, life in Budapest is generally cheaper than in other European capitals so you can enjoy the many leisure activities.

What do you have to do?

Handling and resolution of customer/third party queries
Performing peer-to-peer quality control to limit processing errors
Processing, receive and validate requests
Recording transactions in the ERP, and validating inputs received
Maintaining and improving quality and performance

What do we expect of you?

Fluent Norwegian or Swedish and good English skills (B2)
Knowledge and experience of AP (accounts payable)
Financial (or related) background
Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
