As a Customer Experience Agent in Malta not only Mediterranean temperatures and golden beaches await you, but also a varied and exciting new job!
Your main priority in your new job will be to provide an exceptional experience for Danish or Norwegian customers. Working in the iGaming-Industry, you will also be authorising withdrawals for players, analyse customer contact trends and verify customers identities with regard to local regulations and jurisdictions. Moreover, you will among other tasks work together with other customer experience agents and payment providers to solve all inquiries in the most efficient way.
For this job, you will move to the stunning island of Malta, right in the Mediterranean sea. What do you have to do?

Address customer inquiries through live chat and email
Work together with other agents and departments for efficient problem-solving
Authorise withdrawals for players and analyse customer contact trends
Verify customers' identities with regard to local regulations and jurisdictions
Work towards team and individual KPIs
Offer insights to continuously improve internal systems and processes

What do we expect of you?

Fluent Danish or Norwegian and good English skills (B2)
Interest and understanding of the iGaming and sports industry
Experience in customer service in a plus
Analytical and problem-oriented way of working
Willingness to work in shifts
Ability to multitask
