About the role:
Your primary responsibility will be to enhance our online presence and increase organic traffic. You'll delve into key aspects such as keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building. Monitoring and analyzing website performance will be crucial, and continuously improving it will be vital for our online success. You'll be involved in shaping our content strategy and engaging in copywriting. We have a team of talented individuals to assist with copywriting, and your role will involve coordinating and leading this team.

What do you have to do?
Develop the overall content strategy and turn keyword research into on-page optimisation strategies
Craft compelling and SEO-friendly copy that effectively communicates with our target audience
Ensure SEO best practices are integrated into new and existing content for on-page optimisation
Leading the team of copywriters and ensuring improvement of website content, meta tags, and others for targeted keywords
Conduct regular website audits to identify and address technical SEO issues in cooperation with our Development team
Monitor and analyse website performance, proactively identifying areas for enhancement and taking initiative to propose and implement improvements
What do we expect of you?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German or Dutch
You have 4 years of experience in SEO
Experience with website optimisation, technical SEO, and link-building strategies
Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Majestic, SE Ranking, Content King
You have excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
You are proactive and take the initiative
