About the role:

As our Digital Graphic Designer, you'll lead the creation of engaging digital graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. Your responsibilities also include overseeing diverse media, ensuring adherence to standards, and contributing to offline design for events and marketing. You are responsible for maintaining a consistent visual identity across various digital channels. Proactivity and collaboration are key in this position as you have the freedom to shape your role uniquely. We are looking for a hands-on mentality with a diverse skill set to support marketing efforts by creating digital assets.

What do you have to do?

Create visually engaging digital graphics (statics, animations) for various digital platforms
Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across various digital channels
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Support our video creator with the production of video content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
Acquire, organise, and quality-check diverse media assets, such as images, videos, audio files, and multimedia content
Design materials for events, print collateral, and offline marketing campaigns

What do we expect of you?

You are fluent in English (German or Dutch are a plus)
You have 2+ years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a start-up environment)
Experience in creating visuals for digital marketing
Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
You have a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
You work effectively within a team and actively seek feedback to refine designs
