Since 2015, Yobbers inspires people to discover the world. We are Europe’s leading platform for connecting international job seekers with employers all over the world. We have a young and ambitious team of around 50 internationals working daily to get Yobbers to the next level. At Yobbers, there are no managers, no top-down structure, and we don’t have the traditional hierarchical division of our employees. We believe in autonomy and leadership over our roles. This means that everyone has the freedom to organise their work. As a fast-growing company, we are looking for someone to join our People & Culture (P&C) team!
The purpose of our P&C team is to build, empower and develop the team and organisation so we can reach the next level together. In this position, your primary focus would be supporting and boosting employees' performance, growth and happiness. You will handle various tasks, including optimising and setting up processes, creating workforce planning, and improving employee performance and development. Next, you will recruit new colleagues for our offices and pick up other administrative tasks. Our P&C team is also responsible for promoting and embedding our mission, vision and values within the company.
Most of our P&C team is in our office in the Netherlands, but since we also have an office in Spain, you have the choice! You can join our team in Leeuwarden but also in Valencia.
