Your role as a Complaints Officer entails addressing customer complaints and resolving them in an impartial and open manner. It is crucial for you to possess a comprehensive understanding of the company's regulatory responsibilities. Additionally, your ability to work efficiently will enable you to manage multiple complaints simultaneously, ensuring a favorable customer experience.

What do you have to do?

Handle customer complaints following regulatory obligations
Work across multiple teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback to operational and/or product teams
Ensure fair treatment of customers
Log and track progress on complaints assigned to you
Achieve SLAs and KPIs, individually and with your team

What do we expect of you?

Excellent English skills (C1) in verbal and written form
Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in customer support, compliance or quality
Great communication skills and the ability to multitask
Customers needs are your number one priority

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,400 and €1,500 gross per month.
