What do you have to do?

  • Handle customer complaints following regulatory obligations

  • Work across multiple teams to resolve customer issues and provide feedback to operational and/or product teams

  • Ensure fair treatment of customers

  • Log and track progress on complaints assigned to you

  • Achieve SLAs and KPIs, individually and with your team

What do we expect of you?

  • Excellent English skills (C1) in verbal and written form

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in customer support, compliance or quality

  • Great communication skills and the ability to multitask

  • Customers needs are your number one priority
