Description

Do you want to inspire people to discover the world and are you currently studying in HR, communications or another relevant field? Then this internship might be for you!

Since 2015, Yobbers has been inspiring people to discover the world. We help international jobseekers to find jobs abroad. As a recruiter you handle all incoming applications and match candidates to our international employers. The focus is always on personal support, in order to help both the jobseeker and the employer in the best possible way. The Yobbers culture is based on holacracy: a self-management system where self-direction and autonomy are paramount. As a result, everyone has their own responsibilities and the freedom to fulfill tasks themselves, including you as an intern! 😁 You will work together with a team of international recruiters, but you will also have your own individual tasks. You will conduct phone interviews with our candidates, answer questions by phone, email and chat and actively search for potential candidates through our database or other channels. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys being in contact with people, likes to share their own experience of working abroad and someone who takes an individual and proactive approach.

Yobbers currently has two offices: one in the Netherlands and one in Spain. The whole team has experience of living and working abroad, this enables us to help other people with the same dreams well! Yobbers also organises regular team activities, so fun is guaranteed!

  • Helping candidates with their questions via phone, email and chat

  • Filling all open positions from our international employers

  • Optimising our recruitment process

  • Liaising with international employers

  • Conducting telephone interviews with our candidates

  • Actively seeking for potential candidates through our database or other channels

What do we expect of you?

  • You are currently studying in HR, communications or another relevant field

  • A fluent command of English (B2/C1)

  • You are motivated, proactive and independent

  • Available from January/February 2024 for a minimum of 5 months
