Do you want to inspire people to discover the world and are you currently studying in HR, communications or another relevant field? Then this internship might be for you!
Since 2015, Yobbers has been inspiring people to discover the world by helping international job seekers to find jobs abroad. At Yobbers we work with holacracy: a self-management system where self-direction and autonomy are paramount. As a result, everyone has their own responsibilities and the freedom to fulfill these tasks themselves, including you as an intern! 😁 During your internship, you will, among other things, optimise our internal HR processes, offer support in the recruitment and selection process and improve the onboarding process.
Yobbers currently has two offices: one in the Netherlands and one in Spain. The whole team has experience of living and working abroad, this enables us to help other people with the same dreams well! Yobbers also organizes many online, offline and hybrid team activities, so the whole team stays in close contact with each other.

What do we expect of you?

A fluent command of the Dutch, German or French language + English at B2/C1 level

Availability of at least 5 months (20 weeks) starting in summer 2023
