In your new job, you are the contact person for Finnish customers. With a solution-oriented way of working, you offer assistance with customer inquiries. Your new employer is the leading company for customer service in Larnaca. You will become part of an international team and work on exciting projects. The company behind the project offers their service in more than 140 countries worldwide. Their service combines a digital platform and local service delivery points. You are responsible for customer support via phone and chat for Finnish customers. 💻
Your new home will be the city of Larnaca on the south coast of Cyprus, which is particularly known for its palm-lined city beach. Along the beach, you can find numerous bars and restaurants to enjoy the beach and view in your free time. And since this position offers start dates in the summer of 2024, it is a great opportunity to experience the holiday feels and start you adventure abroad now! What do we expect of you?
Fluent Finnish and very good English skills (B2)

Salary information
The salary for this position is €1,350 gross per month.
