What am I going to do?

Inbound and outbound customer support via email and phone
Handling and resolving different customer requests
Technical support and advice (for example malfunctions, incorrect data in the system, or issues with vehicle registration)
Maintaining customer data in the internal company database

What do I bring?

Fluent German and good English skills (B2 level)
You have a school diploma and a clean criminal record
Advanced computer skills (for example MS Office) and you work confidently with software such as CRM systems and databases
For this position, we need your English CV and a copy of your birth certificate
Willingness to work night shifts

Salary information

The salary for this position is between €1,400 and €1,500 gross per month.
