What exactly does Yobbers do?
As an international job platform, we connect candidates and employers internationally. However, we don't just want to find you a job abroad. Who is in charge of the application process?
It depends on the job offer. Generally, our recruiters are responsible for applications for positions of at least 6 months and directly at Yobbers.
The differences
For example, suppose you are applying to be a customer advisor in Portugal for a minimum of 12 months. In that case, you can make an appointment directly with one of our recruiters when you apply on our website. We will discuss your qualifications and motivation in an interview. Afterwards, we will forward your application to the international employer, who will conduct a final interview.
In any case, Yobbers will be and remain your primary contact, no matter for what job you apply!
However, as always, the exceptions confirm the rule
For some offers, the above explanations may not be valid. To know who is in charge of the process, you should read the vacancy carefully. You can quickly and easily distinguish between applications handled by Yobbers or the employer. Below each vacancy, you can see who will guide you through the application process.
