Your voice is your calling card

The fact that the interview is not face-to-face but over the phone has both positive and negative aspects. On the one hand, you can't charm the recruiter with your beautiful smile, but on the other hand, he won't see you sweating in the chair. If you have applied for one of our jobs, chances are you will be in regular contact with people over the phone. Therefore, show us your communication skills! Showing your skills is really important if you have no previous work experience, and it will demonstrate whether you have the qualities needed to do your job. Use your qualities to make a good impression!
 

Preparing well means you are almost hired!

You have already read the job description several times and you have also read blogs about daily life and work in the destination country. It is possible that not everything is clear and you may still have some questions. In that case, write them down and keep them aside; you can ask them during your phone interview. By asking questions, you show that you are motivated, interested, and have prepared for the interview.
 

Missed call

It can happen that you miss the call. Check in advance that you have a professional answering machine where the recruiter can leave you a message. She will leave you a voice message and later send you a message on WhatsApp to reschedule your appointment. Respond as soon as possible so that we can resume your application and this will show us your motivation for your future job.

On the other hand, if you are on the bus, subway, or car, for example, you can always accept the call, even if it is just to schedule a new interview. Having a phone conversation in a noisy environment is not pleasant for either you or the recruiter.
