What will my tasks be?

Helping customers with questions about online banking, payments, credit cards and transfers
Providing suitable solutions for complaints and issues with payments or accounts
With more experience, supporting customers with fraud cases or suspicious transactions

What do I bring?

At least MBO level 4 thinking and working level
You are confident working with computer systems
A secondary school diploma
A valid Certificate of Conduct (VOG)
At least 4 years of work experience

Salary information

The salary for this position is €1,909 gross per month.
