As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with a wide range of questions and handle their information carefully. What am I going to do?
Answer customer inquiries via phone and chat in a professional and friendly way
Provide feedback to improve service quality
Work 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule (Monday to Sunday)
What do I bring?
Fluent in Dutch and good English skills (B2-level)
You are comfortable using online systems and tools
Motivated, reliable, and disciplined
English resume and secondary school diploma
Salary information
The salary for this position is between €1,200 and €1,300 gross per month.
