Your remote customer service job
As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative, you'll assist customers with a wide range of questions and handle their information carefully. One of your daily tasks might be supporting someone who has a question about their car settings, guiding a customer through a technical issue with the infotainment system, or explaining how a service appointment works. With your friendly and solution-focused mindset, you’ll leave a positive impression while ensuring a great customer experience.

This job allows you to work remotely, so you can experience all that Greece has to offer! Settle in a vibrant city or spend your days on a beautiful island. From ancient ruins and rich history to stunning beaches and lively local markets – Greece has something for everyone. Answer customer inquiries via phone and chat in a professional and friendly way
Provide feedback to improve service quality
Work 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule (Monday to Sunday)
What do I bring?
Fluent in Dutch and good English skills (B2-level)
You are comfortable using online systems and tools
Motivated, reliable, and disciplined
English resume and secondary school diploma
Salary information
The salary for this position is between €1,200 and €1,300 gross per month.
