What do you have to do?

  • Inbound and outbound customer support via email and telephone

  • Processing and resolving various customer issues

  • Technical support and advice (e.g. malfunctions, incorrect data in the system, problems registering vehicles)

  • Maintenance of customer data in the company's internal database

What do we expect of you?

  • Fluent Norwegian and very good English skills (B2)

  • You have a high school diploma

  • Advanced computer skills (e.g. MS Office) & you can work well with computer software (CRM, data bases)

  • You are interested in the automotive industry and have technical knowledge, including GPS systems/localization techniques

  • For this position we need your English CV and a copy of your birth certificate
