What do you have to do?

Inbound and outbound customer support via email and telephone

Processing and resolving various customer issues

Technical support and advice (e.g. malfunctions, incorrect data in the system, problems registering vehicles)

Maintenance of customer data in the company's internal database
What do we expect of you?

Fluent Norwegian and very good English skills (B2)

You have a high school diploma

Advanced computer skills (e.g. MS Office) & you can work well with computer software (CRM, data bases)

You are interested in the automotive industry and have technical knowledge, including GPS systems/localization techniques
